Добрый день помогите найти загрузчик через что смогу прошить тюнер StarTrack  2016 HD plus . Заранее благодарен за вашу помощь!

Вообще в чём суть вопроса? Сдохла микруха питания LNB.  Эта микросхема банальный  ШИМ.  Управляется по 3 линиям , без всякой обратной связи. Де факто стандарт со времён фортисов. С процессора линия EN
